  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • To qualify for a return, items must:
  • Be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation provided at the time of purchase.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: Customized or personalized products. Downloadable software or digital goods.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.

2. Return Process

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, along with your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exceptions

  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or partners are subject to their respective return policies and must be returned directly to them.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
