Refund Policy

At Techmythra Technologies LLP, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund policy has been designed in accordance with Google Shopping policies to ensure transparency and fairness.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.

Refund Process

Initiating a Refund:

  • Initiating a Refund:

    • Contact our customer support team at sales@virtux.in with your order details and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Returning the Item:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
  • Processing the Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated processing time, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
